Happy customers are our greatest sales force and keeping those customers happy will be your focus. ZippyKid is looking for someone to have a positive and meaningful impact on the customer experience. You will be their first point of contact for the good, the bad, and the ugly.
At ZippyKid we do not ask anyone to do something we aren’t capable or comfortable doing ourselves. You should be able to support the needs of our customers, answer the questions potential clients will have and ask for help when you need it.
What you’ll do:
- Provide support to current and prospective customers via email and phone
- Escalate sales and advanced issues to appropriate teams
- Build a knowledge base for customers and the team
- Ability to answer help desk tickets with accuracy, happiness and speed
- Get things done
What you need:
- Patience and understanding
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for solving tough problems and proposing elegant solutions
- Working knowledge of WordPress, HTML and CSS (PHP and MySQL are a bonus)
- Ability to work independently with little direction
- Fluency in Geek to English translation
- Good interpersonal skills (because hey, we all love each other) and you’ve gotta be a great team player
- Capability to beat the CEO at ping pong (this is a bonus)
