How much do you charge for a CDN (Content Delivery Network)?
Nothing, nada, zilch. Every paid plans comes with a CDN baked in at no additional cost so your site loads fast all around the world. No other WordPress hosts can say that.
My site gets more than 100,000 pageviews, how much will extra pageviews cost?
You can add up to 200,000 pageviews for $20 per 100,000. So if your site gets 300,000 pageviews, your total cost will be $65. If your site's bigger than that, you can move up to our Enterprise and Agency plans. Contact us for more details on Enterprise and Agency plans.
Can I get a staging site on ZippyKid?
Of course you can, and you will get one when you first sign up. You'll be able to set up and manage your test site before going live.
Do you blacklist any plugins?
Yes, almost all backup plugins with the exception of VaultPress are blacklisted. If we see them active on your website, we will disable them automatically.
Can I host ForEx, Pharmaceutical, Adult sites with ZippyKid?
We don’t monitor the content of our customers websites, so technically you can put whatever you want on there. But, we do have to follow the law, so DMCA Violations will be dealt with as needed, we’ll work with you and law enforcement if needed. You’re responsible for your content, and it’s compliance with the law, ethics, mores of your visitors.
Do you support MultiSite?
At this time, we do not support MultiSite on the standard ZippyKid plan. If you require MultiSite, you can upgrade to an Enterprise plan for full support. Contact us for more details on Enterprise plans.
What happens if I exceed the pageviews allotted in my plan?
We will reach out to you to let you know that you've gone beyond your plan and let you know it's time to upgrade. We will not, under any circumstance, shut down your site. You don't have to worry about that.
How many gigabytes of disk space do I get?
As many as you need. We just count the amount of traffic our servers are getting, not how much space you’re taking up. It’s 2013, we don’t believe in storage limits.
Can I use a custom theme?
Absolutely! If you have an existing site, or have a developer who’s building a theme for you, we can just host that theme for you.
